N2  - The authors present the results of the standard thermogravimetric method, carried out to determine the water content of the Val Senales Mummy. The tests have been carried out on skin and subcutaneous tissues from the foot and buttock of the Mummy : the results show a low chemically bonded water content. The information allowed to preserve the "wet Mummy" at the Museo Archeologico dell'Alto Adige and its public exhibition.
