In one case only bones of the upper part of the trunk were found. Small dumps of charred animal bones, or mixed animal and human bones with grave goods also appear. Similar cases can be found also in the Bavarian Barrow cultures from the Middle Bronze Age, and they are reflections of certain features characteristic of clan societies. ER -
