Abstract
The studied Middle Neolithic skeletal material found in Čičarovce, East Slovakia, belongs to the Tisza Culture Group. The five skulls morphologically belond to the Central European Early and Middle Neolithic population with high and dolichomorphic braincase, broad nose and low orbits. The find is a further proof that cultural changes need not reflect changes in the population, which remains the same in East Slovakia in the Early and Middle neolithic.
